Also, in case it's not totally obvious....
Ha Ha, in case it's not completely obvious to all of you...I work at a boring desk job where if I don't play around on the Internet through out the day, I might cry (not really, well, kinda) Ha Ha...anyway, as you can tell I'm on here a lot, I check my emails constantly - it's not hard to get a hold of me and get a quick response. I also apologize if I'm being too pushy or impatient, but like I mentioned in the previous post...it's nearly the end of November and with all the holidays just right around the corner I can see how that's gonna push us back because of lack of time. I just don't want our little group of happy art-eests getting unhappy and not finishing our books, thank you all for your help.

Kelley, as I said, you're a great moderator, but you should NOT feel guilty or apologise for taking a firm hand and removing people who are simply not responding to communication.
It's not unreasonable to expect participants in exchanges to fill and deliver their books in a timely fashion. If they can't, they really shouldn't be in the exchanges in the first place.
One non-responsive link mucks it up for everyone and removing Shalanna, I think, is the right decision.
Not least because she's before me in the queue and I haven't received a damn thing. ;p
At this stage, I'm seriously worried that sending books to people not responding is going to send out molys into a black hole, never to be seen again :(
Well thank you Amy, that makes me feel a little better. I sent Tiffany an email this morning and asked her to please bypass Shalanna. I've sent her emails to her personal email and flickr, I made multiple posts on here and no response. Tiffany mentioned she was having a problem generating posts, however she made comments at the beginning of all of this...so at this point I can only assume she's out :) Oh well, hopefully you'll get Tiffany's moly in the next week and have something to work on.
